    Dr. Jones,

I didn’t realize how many things onions can do for you. I usually take them off of sandwiches and try to avoid them because of the taste they leave in your mouth. But, seeing that it helps with cancer, heart disease, and even arthritis makes me want to add them a little more to my diet.

My roommate is from Greece and he has influenced my eating habits. He makes a wonderful Greek salad. We use a lot more garlic, onions, olives, peppers, and fresh leafy greens. Thanks for including some recipe ideas.
